1Manufacturing Operations Business Unit is accepting online applications for the position of Routine Maintenance Planner / Scheduler located in Pasadena, TX, through May 1st, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. (Central Standard Time)
The Routine Maintenance Planner / Scheduler collaborates across multiple levels of the organization, and with multi-discipline teams from Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Reliability disciplines. This position develops detailed plans and schedules for execution of routine and project work.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Develop fully integrated cost estimates and work plans to achieve the business objectives.
Develop job scope definition with proper sequencing of tasks required for job execution.
Ensure planned activities are included in the integrated work schedule through effective communication with Operations, Maintenance, and Technical.
Interface with Operators, Technical, Maintenance, Construction Contractors, and Management to complete projects Incident and Injury free, on time and on budget.
Quotes and procures materials and/or outside services through the Material Requisition process and/or Service Order process
Ensure refinery and HES standards are integrated into job plans and estimates. Must have knowledge of safe work practices and procedures (e.g., lock out / tag out, confined space entry, hot work, personnel protection, etc.)
Develop resource loaded schedules for identified work scope.
Support the Maintenance Work Management (FIRM 11000) planning / execution process.
Required Qualification
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid Driver's license
Being able to participates in maintenance on call responsibilities as well as responds to emergency calls on an as needed basis.
Preferred Qualifications
5 to 10 years of experience working in a refinery
