The Analyst of Data & System plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making and operational excellence across the organization. This position is responsible for designing, supporting, and continuously improving enterprise data solutions and platforms that translate complex information into meaningful insights. By leveraging Microsoft Power Platform technologies and providing functional and change support for the EnCompass (Enablon) system, this role ensures system stability, strong user adoption, and high-quality data that supports business performance and compliance.

What you will do:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps and Power BI solutions that support core business processes, reporting, and operational insights, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and ease of use.

  • Provide functional and technical support for the EnCompass (Enablon) platform, including issue troubleshooting, investigation, and coordination with internal teams and external vendors to minimize business disruption.

  • Translate business requirements into effective functional and technical solutions by collaborating closely with stakeholders and ensuring alignment with governance and data standards.

  • Support change management activities related to system enhancements and updates, including release communications, user readiness, and post-implementation support.

  • Develop and maintain end-user documentation, training materials, and job aids to promote effective system use and drive adoption.

  • Support data quality, validation, and integration activities across enterprise systems and reporting layers to maintain data integrity and trust.

  • Work collaboratively with business users, Data & Systems team members, IT, and analytics partners, and external EnCompass (Enablon) vendors to gather requirements, resolve issues, support system changes, and enable effective training and adoption.

What you have:

  • Related university degree (e.g., Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics) or technical diploma with two to four years of experience or an equivalent combination of formal education, certification, and directly related experience.

  • Experience using Microsoft Power Platform, specifically Power Apps and Power BI.

  • Experience supporting enterprise business applications, including troubleshooting and user support.

  • Strong understanding of data concepts, reporting, and basic data modeling.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.

  • Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting EnCompass / Enablon or similar enterprise or compliance platforms.

  • Experience with change management, training delivery, or user adoption activities.

  • Familiarity with Power Automate, Dataverse, SQL, or enterprise data platforms.

  • Experience working in a regulated, operational, or compliance-focused environment.

Working Conditions:

This position primarily operates in an office or hybrid work environment and involves prolonged periods of sitting, computer use, and screen time. Physical demands are minimal and limited to standard office activities such as typing and document review. The role may require occasional participation in meetings outside regular working hours to support releases or issue resolution. Minimal travel is expected. Risk exposure is low and typical of an office-based environment.
