This role can be based in either Budapest, Hungary or Pune, India.

The myExpenses Senior Analyst - Solution role is accountable for the delivery of the myEpenses solution (template & data control) ensuring quality and accurate System Adminstration.

The job role is accountable for myExpenses program's system (Concur) management activities including Tier 2 process and end user support and data management (inbound and outbound) ensuring accurate and quality master data, table maintenance, SNOW governance, relationship management wtih IT&S and other technical functions.

In this role You will:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, system partners, and support teams

  • Own Expense Master Data setup, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms

  • Manage incidents and enhancements, from ticket triage through to resolution

  • Partner with global teams to deliver process changes, system upgrades, and deployments

  • Ensure strong governance, system controls, and service‑level performance

  • Support integration, data feeds, and reporting requirements

  • Act as a trusted process expert for projects and business superusers

  • Drive continuous improvement across expense processes and data quality

  • Guide employees on correct charge‑to coding for projects and third‑party costs

What You will need to be successful:

  • Some years of experience in an office, operations, SSC, or similar environment

  • Interest in working with systems, data, and business processes

  • Basic understanding of Travel & Expenses processes (or strong willingness to learn)

  • Confidence using IT systems and everyday business tools

  • Ability to work well with different teams and cultures

  • Good written and spoken English

  • Strong attention to detail and a structured way of working

  • Ability to organize your workload, meet deadlines, and stay calm under pressure

  • A proactive, can‑do attitude and motivation to deliver high‑quality results

Desirable Criteria:

  • Experience with expense tools such as Concur

  • Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems

  • Experience supporting process improvements or system changes

  • Participation in projects, transitions, or change initiatives

  • Shared services or multinational work experience
