Operations Group

This role is responsible for ensuring safe execution of work while maintaining safe operation of the facility, with a focus on the Bluesky project scope.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and execute project work planning and scheduling activities for the Bluesky scope, ensuring adherence to safety standards.

Verify and approve Control of Work permit conditions, facilitate task risk assessments, approve isolation plans.

Prepare additional Control of Work supplementary documents, including operational risk assessments.

Collaboration and coordination between contractor planning and execution teams, Control of Work Team, Operations Shift and Day Teams.

In collaboration with Bluesky Operations Coordinators, assist with project completion, field verification and punch listing.

Develop, review, and update site operating procedures related to Bluesky activities.

Provide input to early stages project work planning for efficient execution.

Ensure all activities comply with BP's safety, health, and environmental policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications:

In depth experience in bp Control of Work system and risk assessment processes, including permit and isolation planning and implementation

Demonstrated experience in Maintenance/Project Planning.

Proven expertise in Oil & Gas Operations.

Strong background in Operations Project Coordination, Preparation, Planning, Scheduling, and Scoping.

Proficiency in Procedure Development.

Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
