  • Conduct pre-go-live checks with support teams to confirm promotional pricing, product eligibility and system configuration before offers reach stores.
  • Monitor promotional changeovers across POS and electronic shelf-label environments and coordinate investigation and corrective action when exceptions occur.
  • Work with Pricebook to resolve incorrect product categorization, missing SKUs and promotional configuration issues.

POS & digital execution

  • Participate in bi-weekly Point of Sale (POS) execution meetings with the Promotions (Pune) and Accenture (Mumbai) teams to ensure AU Category and Marketing Team requirements are executed accurately and in line with trading calendar timelines.
  • Support the delivery of Digital Point of Sale requirements across the AU market to leverage customer awareness of key activations and drive commercial engagement.
