The Role
As the Staff Delivery Manager, you will be the primary engine driving the execution some of our most critical digital platforms such as earnify covering consumer and commercial drivers in addition to a suite of digital amenities. You will serve as the "connective tissue" across the portfolio, ensuring that diverse product squads, engineering teams, and third-party partners are synchronized and delivering against our roadmap.

What You Will Do
Portfolio Synchronization: Act as the central point of integration for earnify consumer, earnify Pro, and other digital initiatives, ensuring features, APIs, and data flows are aligned across the ecosystem.
End-to-End Delivery Governance: Be responsible for the "how" of delivery. You will handle roadmaps, scope, and critical-path dependencies, ensuring that high-stakes projects move from ideation to production with predictable quality.
Operational Leadership: Support senior leaders in Technology in managing annual investment budget, ensuring capital is allocated efficiently and delivery risks are mitigated.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Navigate a complex, matrixed organization to align partners in Digital Delivery, Marketing, Sales, and Operations. You will also manage external technology partners and suppliers to balance capacity and quality.

Commercial Acumen: Strong financial literacy with experience managing large project budgets and making value-based trade-offs.
Mastery of Ambiguity: You thrive in the "gray space”. You can take high-level intent and build the structure, documentation, and processes necessary to make it happen.
Influence & Communication: Outstanding ability to translate technical complexities for commercial stakeholders and influence peers without direct authority.
Technical Familiarity: While not a developer, you understand API ecosystems, MarTech stacks, and how AI can be integrated into consumer marketing to drive competitive advantage.
Proactiveness: A proactive, high-energy approach to problem-solving. You don't just report on blockers; you clear them.
