The Digital Productivity Analyst partners with Finance stakeholders to enable digital transformation through low‑code and no‑code solutions. This role sits within a centralized Digital Productivity team that supports Finance teams globally by designing, delivering, and governing scalable digital solutions that improve efficiency and drive business value.
The Digital Productivity Analyst works closely with business partners to identify process improvement opportunities, translate business needs into practical digital solutions, and support adoption of modern productivity tools across the Finance organization.
Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
- Partner with Finance stakeholders to identify, analyze, and prioritize opportunities for process improvement and digital enablement.
- Design, build, and support low‑code / no‑code solutions using Microsoft 365 and related digital platforms.
- Translate business requirements into practical, scalable, and maintainable digital solutions that improve productivity and efficiency.
- Facilitate discussions with cross‑functional teams to clarify requirements, influence solution design, and align on outcomes.
- Support solutions through the full lifecycle—from ideation and design through delivery and adoption—ensuring alignment with governance and business needs.
- Balance innovation with sustainability by promoting reusable, well‑governed digital solutions.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, finance, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrated experience designing, building, or supporting digital solutions using Microsoft 365 or low‑code platforms (e.g., Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Query).
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to evaluate ambiguous business problems and recommend practical solutions.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with business partners and influence outcomes without formal authority.
- Ability to manage work independently from idea through delivery, including prioritization and dependency management.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in or supporting Finance, Accounting, or corporate business functions.
- Experience supporting citizen development, productivity tools, or digital transformation initiatives.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business‑friendly language.
- Familiarity with data and automation concepts such as SQL, Python, or enterprise data platforms (e.g., Databricks).
Relocation Options:
Relocation is not offered for this role. Local candidates will be considered.
