Position Overview

The HSE Systems Coordinator plays a key role in supporting safe, compliant, and efficient operations across the Permian Business Unit. This position provides system administration, data management, and reporting support for Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs that directly enable field execution, leadership visibility, and regulatory compliance.

In this role, you will own the reliability and day-to-day performance of core HSE systems, dashboards, and reporting tools. Your work helps leaders and frontline teams make informed decisions, manage risk, and continuously improve safety and environmental performance. This position offers strong exposure to field operations, cross-functional collaboration, and opportunities to grow technical and business skills within a complex operating environment.

Your Responsibilities may include

  • Serve as the Permian Business Unit Management of Change (MOC) Coordinator, ensuring consistent, effective execution of MOC and Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR) processes within SAP and Mendix systems.

  • Provide system administration for HSE Management System and Operations Management System SharePoint sites, including content structure, access controls, and governance.

  • Coordinate and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual HSE reports used by field leadership, HSE teams, and business unit management.

  • Design, maintain, and enhance HSE dashboards and data visualizations to improve visibility into performance, trends, and risks.

  • Act as a system super-user for Intelex, SAP MOC, Mendix PSSR, and related HSE applications, supporting users and resolving system issues.

  • Maintain data quality, system documentation, and reporting standards to support audit readiness and regulatory compliance.

  • Partner closely with HSE, Operations, and IT stakeholders to troubleshoot issues, implement enhancements, and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

Basic Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.

  • 3 or more years of experience in the oil and gas industry supporting operational or field organizations.

  • Proficiency with data platforms and analytics tools, including Snowflake, SQL, Power BI, and Power Automate.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA and the Intelex safety management system.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Management of Change (MOC) and Pre-Startup Safety Review (PSSR) processes.

  • Experience developing dashboards and recurring reports.

  • Understanding of data governance, system administration, and access management.

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively across HSE, Operations, and technology teams.

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 10 percent to Lower 48 field locations.

Preferred Requirements

  • Experience directly supporting HSE systems or safety and environmental management platforms.

  • Advanced Power BI capabilities, including data modeling, automation, or integration with enterprise data sources.

  • Experience working in field-based, industrial, or manufacturing environments.
