As an Advisor, Records & GIS, you will play a key role in ensuring the integrity, quality, and accessibility of critical asset and work management information that supports the safe, reliable, and efficient delivery of energy. Working across multiple technical systems and collaborating with teams throughout the organization, you will help drive data-informed decisions, improve business processes, and shape the future of asset information management.

What You Will Do:

  • Lead the management, validation, and continuous improvement of asset and work data across systems including GIS, Maximo, SAP-PM, and related technologies.

  • Deliver reporting, analytics, mapping, and data insights that support asset planning, asset health reviews, risk and reliability assessments, and corporate reporting initiatives.

  • Champion data governance and process improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance data quality, operational efficiency, and system performance.

  • Provide technical expertise, consultation, and training to users on records interpretation, GIS applications, and information management systems.

  • Support and enhance GIS and records management platforms, including ProjectWise and iViewer, through system improvements, incident resolution, and access management.

  • Manage SAP-PM master data and preventative maintenance program information while ensuring compliance with data standards and business requirements.

  • Collaborate with internal partners, contractors, and industry groups to share leading practices, influence emerging standards, and support strategic technical projects across the business.

Who you are:

  • University degree in Business, Information Systems, Information Management, Computer Science, Data Science, Analytics, Engineering or similar and/or combination of a related experience.

  • Four or more years of experience supporting data management, analytics, GIS, asset management, or related technical functions.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Demonstrated knowledge of GIS, Maximo, SAP-PM, SQL, Power BI, and Microsoft Office applications.

  • Proven ability to analyze complex data, solve problems, and recommend process improvements.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Enterprise Asset & Work Management Data Standards and related corporate policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.

  • Certified Data Management Professional (CDMP) or other data governance certifications.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management experience.

Working Conditions:

  • Office-based work environment.

  • Work may involve periods of increased pressure while supporting highly visible initiatives and business-critical operational decisions.

  • Occasional travel between Enbridge regions and office locations (approximately 5–10 trips per year).

Salary:

  • Ranges from $81,090 – $101,000 CAD for Ontario locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.

  • Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
