We are seeking a Specialist I, IT Oracle Cloud Finance Systems to join our TIS ERP Delivery team and provide senior techno-functional expertise within the Oracle Cloud Finance landscape. What You Will Do:
Lead the delivery of enterprise Finance solutions by partnering with Finance stakeholders to align Oracle Cloud capabilities with business requirements.
Provide subject matter expertise and operational support for Oracle Cloud Financial modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management, Fixed Assets (FA), and Project Portfolio Management (PPM).
Drive solution design activities, translating business requirements into scalable and effective system solutions while ensuring alignment with enterprise standards.
Collaborate with business SMEs to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements, identify process gaps, and recommend improvements.
Lead testing activities including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring solutions meet business needs and quality expectations.
Support continuous improvement initiatives through process optimization, system enhancements, data validation, and master data management activities.
Work closely with cross-functional teams including architecture, integration, security, reporting, and operations to ensure successful solution delivery and ongoing support.
Who You Are:
University degree in Computer Engineering, Business, Finance, Information Technology, MBA, or a related discipline OR a two-year technical diploma.
Six or more years of related experience (e.g., Functional Analyst, Project Lead, Business/Systems Analyst, or similar role).
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP, SAP, or other enterprise Finance platforms, including requirements gathering, solution design, and testing activities.
A Finance and technology professional with strong knowledge of Finance processes such as A2R, R2R, O2C, FP&A, COA, and EPM.
Proficient with data analysis tools and techniques, including SQL and advanced Excel, with the ability to support data conversion, reporting, and validation activities.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading cross-functional discussions, workshops, and training sessions.
Highly organized and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver effectively in a fast-paced, complex environment.
Ability to interpret process flow charts to understand what data is captured and how it travels between various applications and hardware components.
Preferred:
Related professional designations such as PMP, CPA, and CMA are considered assets.
Working Conditions:
Office environment.
Stress levels can be above normal as the work is highly visible and decisions affect all integrated processes associated with new or changed business or operations.
Travel occasionally throughout the year between Enbridge regions/office locations.
Physical Requirements include but are not limited to:
Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect color coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time.

Salary:
Ranges from $115,000 – $140,000 CDA for Ontario locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.
Ranges from $115,000 – $140,000 USD for US locations based upon candidate’s experience, skills, and internal equity.
Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
