Minimum Requirements:

5 years of progressive experience in consumer insights, market research, ideally at a senior consultant or advisor level

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Psychology, Business, Statistics, or a related field

Proven track record of designing and executing high-quality qualitative and quantitative research projects

Hands-on experience with research platforms such as Qualtrics XM, and managing top-tier research partners

Demonstrated ability to translate insights into actional business recommendations and influence senior leaders

Responsibilities:

Design, execute, and deliver high-quality research that shapes our brand, marketing, and innovation strategies

Lead both qualitative and quantitative research projects — from identifying the business question to translating findings into strategic recommendations

Partner with world-class research agencies to gain exposure to cutting-edge thinking and learning

Stay on top of emerging industry trends, tools, and methodologies, selecting the most effective research solutions for each challenge

Turn complex data into compelling, actionable stories that leaders act on

Monitor market, cultural, and competitive shifts to uncover opportunities ahead of the curve

Location and other Key details:

This is an office-based role. You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 – 6th Ave S.W.

Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday with occasional overtime based on business needs

Our business professional roles follow internal compensation guidelines and the pay band will generally be based on years of experience and scope of work
