MISSION: To guide municipal employers and workers in implementing effective HSE management systems, data-driven prevention campaigns, and to support the effective transfer of knowledge through classroom, virtual instructor led, and self-paced learning. MANDATE: To provide meaningful health, safety, and environmental training and education programs to our members in a cost-effective manner. VALUES: Integrity, Trust, Accountability, Openness, Results Driven The Alberta Municipal Health and Safety Association (AMHSA) is an educational not-for-profit organization that promotes the knowledge of health, safety, and environment in the workplace. AMHSA was established in 1990, at the request of the Alberta Municipalities (previously AUMA) and Rural Municipalities of Alberta (previously AAMD&C).
