Pipeline and facility construction often needs the bend and coating plan worked out before pipe reaches the site. In Calgary, Compass Bending Ltd. handles pipe-bending for western Canada's oil and gas industry, including line pipe bends for pipeline and facility projects.

We bend welded ERW and solid-wall line pipe in-house up to 16 inches in diameter. Coating options can be planned with the bend when protected pipe is part of the job.

Some projects move beyond a standard bend. Our shop also handles rolling, draw bending, coils, and structural fabrication when the part shape or production run calls for more forming work.

For larger pipe or added fabrication scope, we can bring in our subcontractor network for forming, tube and pipe bending, coating, and fabrication. That network extends capacity up to 60 inch pipe where the project requires it.
