Horizontal drilling can lose time when the well path, drag, or liner run creates extra downhole friction. CT Energy Ltd builds drilling tools from Calgary for oil and gas wells where directional control, agitation, and wellbore condition affect the job.

Our RotoSteer tool uses a drilling motor system for horizontal wells. The Helix agitation system is a stabilized roller reamer built to improve the wellbore profile by reaming doglegs and microledges before liner or casing is run to bottom.

We also develop downhole tools such as Haymaker and Tantrum for drilling and coiled tubing applications. Haymaker came from third-party testing and a negative pressure pulse design linked to coiled tubing development.

CT Energy drilling tools are built for the global oil and gas market from our Calgary base. We focus service conversations on the well profile, bottomhole assembly, and drilling condition that the tool must solve.
