Deck X Transport

Open deck freight covers the loads that will not fit in a dry van, the steel beams, the rig components, the oversized machinery that has to ride flat and tied down. Based in Winnipeg, we are DeckX Transport, the open deck division of the TransX group, hauling this kind of freight across Canada and the United States.

Our fleet runs flatbeds, step decks, and extendable trailers, including super-b combinations for the heavier and longer loads. We move product for the steel, agricultural, construction, aerospace, mining, and oil and gas sectors, matching the trailer and the securement to whatever the shipment demands.

Flat deck work rewards experience, because loading, tarping, and strapping have to be done right every time for the cargo and everyone on the road to stay safe. Our drivers handle lanes throughout North America, and we build routes around the realities of each load. When a customer needs heavy or awkward freight delivered on schedule, we put the right equipment and the right driver on it.
