Severe-duty parts need more than a standard machine pass. Manluk Industries Inc runs a Wetaskiwin machine shop for precision machining on oil and gas, mining, and heavy-machine components.

We keep more than 50 CNC machines in the shop, including multi-axis lathes and large-format mills. That capacity helps hold tight tolerances on complex parts without splitting the job across separate vendors.

Welding, coatings, and nitriding add wear resistance when finished components need a harder surface and longer life. Our fabrication floor also builds structural pieces and complex assemblies in-house.
