The Town of Manning would like to remind residents of the garbage requirements and specifications to ensure proper pick up. As stated in Bylaw #881 the following must be abided: Garbage containers should be placed at their collection point by 7:00 am on collection day and no earlier than 2 hours prior to 7:00 am. Garbage containers must be removed from their collection point within 24 hours of the collection time (7:00 am).
