Prototype parts often change before they become field-ready components. In Lloydminster, Orion Machining & Manufacturing Inc uses CAD design, rapid prototyping, CNC machining, manual machining, and fabrication to move a part from concept into a manufacturable design.

We serve Western Canada from a Lloydminster shop with roots going back to 1994. Our Machine Shops capability includes CNC lathes, CNC mills, manual machining, and machining equipment selected for reliability and consistency.

For oilfield and industrial customers, design and prototyping can solve fit, wear, and replacement issues before a final part is produced. We also handle retrofitting when an existing component needs to match a changed assembly or operating need.

Our shop is certified to ISO 9001:2015. When a machined part needs design review, prototype development, or production planning, our Lloydminster team can match the process to the drawing, material, and end use.
