We are a full-service, design-build company who specialize in large-scale residential renovations, additions, & custom homes – as well as bathrooms, kitchens and outdoor living spaces. Since our inception in the 1950s by Karl Oswald, it has been our mission to build and renovate at the highest standards, while delivering an unrivalled overall building experience. We foster this through trust, expert knowledge, and skilled workmanship. In 1997, Karl’s son Ralph and his wife, Doreen, took over the business and continued to drive our mission while growing the business into new areas of the city and region.
