We have worked in environmental, engineering, health and safety, and building science consulting since 1981. Pinchin LeBlanc Environmental was founded in 1993 to serve Atlantic Canada, which gives our Dartmouth office a direct regional role.

Our consulting work is built for complex projects in natural and built environments. That can include industrial buildings, commercial properties, construction-related site concerns, and facility conditions that need technical review before action.

Laboratory capability is part of our service base. Pinchin opened an ISO-accredited environmental microbiology laboratory in 2001 to improve service accuracy for clients who need defensible environmental information.

For Dartmouth and Atlantic Canada, our team plans environmental and health and safety consulting around the site condition, the asset, and the decision that needs technical backing.
