When weld procedure control or corrosion checks need to sit in the same job, we keep the engineering and field testing in one workflow. We develop and qualify ASME and CSA pressure welding procedures for carbon steels and stainless steels. Duplex and alloy systems are covered when a job needs a controlled weld path before shop or field welding starts.

For pipeline integrity, we handle right-of-way inspections and non-destructive testing around active assets. Laser corrosion mapping and ILI correlation help track wall loss and coating issues before a repair decision is made.

Our testing tools include PAUT, Pulsed Eddy Current, and PMI. In-situ metallography adds material detail when the job needs it. We also use spark testing and vacuum box testing. UAV drone inspections and infrared thermography help when access or surface condition limits the view.
