Shell Scotford Complex

Shell Scotford is an integrated energy and chemicals complex located northeast of Edmonton. The site includes a bitumen upgrader processing oil sands output, a refinery producing fuels and lubricants, and a chemicals plant manufacturing raw materials for plastics and industrial products. Scotford also hosts one of Canada's largest carbon capture and storage projects.
