Production testing loses value when heat, water, flowback, and data collection are planned too late in the field schedule. Demon Oilfield Services works from Crossfield on production testing and fluid heating for Western Canadian oil and gas sites.

We started in 2006 with production testing and later added water management. That path fits jobs where the well test, flowback package, and winter conditions have to line up before the crew is waiting on location.

The ROJO Diablo Superheater gives us a field heating option with tri-fuel capability across diesel, propane, or natural gas. Flowback tanks and flare stacks can be planned with boilers or office trailers when the location needs a broader field package.

Fin Design adds custom welding and fabrication when standard rental gear does not match the site. For a Demon request, the practical planning points are test objective, heating demand, fluid volume, flare path, fabrication need, and Crossfield dispatch timing.
