Hot valves, process piping, and engine exhaust systems need insulation that can be removed for service and put back in place. Firwin Corporation manufactures reusable insulation covers and insulation jackets from North York, ON for industrial and oil and gas applications.

We build removable insulation for valves, instruments, flanges, piping, diesel engines, gas powered generating stations, gensets, and off-road equipment. The goal is practical thermal control around assets that still need inspection or maintenance access.

Our main product lines include removable and reusable insulation blankets, Hard Coat composite insulation, and Metal Foil Insulation. Each product family is shaped for a different site need, such as durability, cleanability, or a permanent thermal barrier.

Oil and gas applications are supported through Firwin ThermoWrap, along with industrial insulation work for process and steam line components. Our North York manufacturing base handles custom insulation where standard covers do not match the asset shape or heat condition.
