Oilfield machine work around Lloydminster often starts with a damaged connection, a worn wellhead component, or a part that has to be repaired before field time is lost. Metaltek Machining Ltd runs a design, engineering, and manufacturing facility on the Alberta-Saskatchewan border for oil and gas, mining, aerospace, and industrial work.

Our oilfield services include wellhead equipment manufacture and repair, rotary connection work, and threading or re-threading for casing, tubing, and line pipe. We also build downhole production and fishing equipment, with customer drill pipe and collars stored through the shop when the job calls for it.

Inside the facility, CNC machines, conventional machines, and advanced CAD/CAM software support both repairs and new manufacturing. Overhead cranes move parts through the shop and yard, so heavier components can stay in one production flow from setup to finished work.

Since 1997, Metaltek has served local and international projects from Lloydminster. Our shop is built for components where geometry, thread condition, repair method, and final field use all have to line up before the cut, weld, or program starts.
